1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77dc ("77dc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77dc online casino and sports betting platform available at https://77dc.ws and all associated mobile and web interfaces.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 77dc platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the 77dc platform and close your account.

2Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

3Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 77dc account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77dc reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or terminate any account where age eligibility cannot be verified.
• You must register using your own personal details. Registration using another person's identity, fictitious information, or automated registration methods is strictly prohibited.
• Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) 77dc account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. 77dc will merge or close any duplicate accounts discovered and may forfeit associated balances.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number serves as your account identifier and the channel through which OTP verification is conducted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77dc or any of its affiliated gaming software or payment processing partners.

4Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77dc account login credentials. 77dc cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Specifically:

• You must not disclose your 77dc password to any third party under any circumstances. 77dc support staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• You must ensure that your 77dc account is not accessible to minors. If you share a device with household members, you must log out of your 77dc account after each session.
• You must notify 77dc support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your 77dc account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 77dc account, including deposits, bets placed and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 77dc account and update it periodically. Reusing passwords from other online services significantly increases your security risk.

77dc implements SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, 77dc cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over public or unsecured networks. Players are advised to avoid logging in to their 77dc account over public Wi-Fi connections in locations such as cafes, airports or shared offices in Dhaka, Chittagong, or elsewhere in Bangladesh.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

77dc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions are conducted via the payment methods supported in the 77dc cashier at the time of the transaction. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount at 77dc is ৳100 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time and the current minimums are displayed in the 77dc cashier at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your 77dc account balance instantly upon confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. 77dc does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via these methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high transaction volume or where additional account verification is required.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used to fund the 77dc account most recently, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing with 77dc support.
• 77dc reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending the outcome of any account review, fraud investigation or responsible gaming assessment.

All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are used solely for the purpose of funding Player balances. 77dc does not use Player funds for operational expenses or any purpose other than maintaining Player account balances and processing withdrawals.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77dc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and expiry conditions.

• The 77dc welcome bonus applies to a Player's first qualifying deposit only. To activate the welcome bonus, a Player must opt in during the deposit process. Deposits made without opting in are not retroactively eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn as real money.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 77dc reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not materially prejudice Players who have already validly claimed the offer and commenced meeting the associated wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. A Player must complete or forfeit an existing active bonus before a new bonus can be applied to the account.

7Our Commitments to You

77dc operates on the basis that fair treatment of Players is a non-negotiable operating standard. The following six commitments underpin every aspect of the 77dc platform:

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77dc platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be subject to permanent termination and the forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the 77dc platform, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the 77dc platform in any way that is not the result of genuine human decision-making.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or circumvent the platform's anti-fraud and responsible gaming controls.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering or the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or tamper with any software, algorithm or security system used by the 77dc platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during account registration, the KYC verification process, or at any point during an active account review.

77dc employs a dedicated fraud detection and account monitoring team that operates around the clock. Patterns of play, deposit and withdrawal behaviour, device fingerprinting and IP address data are analysed continuously to identify prohibited conduct. Players who believe their account has been flagged in error are invited to contact 77dc support to initiate a formal review.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77dc platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, promotional materials and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77dc or its licensed content providers and game studios. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership rights, licence or permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any 77dc intellectual property without prior written consent.

The 77dc name and brand mark are protected identifiers. Any unauthorised use of the 77dc brand, including in domain names, social media profiles, or promotional communications, will be treated as trademark infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 77dc's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Specifically, 77dc accepts no liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the 77dc platform or any game or feature within it, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruption, or any other factor beyond 77dc's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings, data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77dc platform, even if 77dc has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any error, omission or inaccuracy in the information published on the 77dc platform, including game RTP data, bonus terms displayed in promotional materials, or payment processing timelines, where such error does not result in a material financial prejudice to the Player that 77dc could reasonably have foreseen and prevented.

11Responsible Gaming

77dc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or emotional difficulty, Players are strongly encouraged to use the following tools available within their 77dc account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion — suspend your 77dc account for a defined period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. During self-exclusion all login access is blocked and all marketing communications are paused.
• Session time reminders — configure automatic alerts to notify you when a session has reached a pre-set duration, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.

12Amendments to These Terms

77dc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, 77dc will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, either by publishing a notice on the 77dc platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address registered to the affected Player's account.

Continued use of the 77dc platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account without penalty before the effective date of the change.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 77dc, the Player is encouraged to contact 77dc support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 77dc will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days Bangladesh Standard Time. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent adjudication process. The foregoing does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.
